American Beverage Solutions was founded in Springfield, Missouri, in 2009. Today, we serve customers nationwide while maintaining the personal relationships and family-owned values that have guided us from the beginning. We look for dependable, teachable people who take pride in their work, and we provide full, hands-on training in commercial beverage equipment.
Full Paid Training
Receive complete, hands-on training in commercial beverage equipment to prepare you for success in the field.
Company Vehicle
Service technicians are provided with a company vehicle for travel throughout their assigned service area.
Independent Work
Work independently in your assigned service area while remaining supported by the American Beverage Solutions team.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair commercial beverage equipment
- Install, maintain and test coffee, espresso, tea, fountain, juice and frozen-beverage equipment
- Travel to customer locations within your assigned service area
- Communicate professionally with customers and the American Beverage Solutions service team
- Complete service reports and follow required safety procedures
Who We’re Looking For
- Dependable, honest and committed to doing quality work
- Teachable, receptive to feedback and willing to learn
- Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility
- Professional, respectful and committed to excellent customer service
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Mechanical aptitude or experience with HVAC, electrical work, appliance repair, field service or other mechanical trades is helpful
The Right Person Matters Most
Mechanical aptitude and experience in HVAC, electrical work, appliance repair or other mechanical trades are helpful, but they aren’t our only consideration. We place greater value on finding someone who is dependable, teachable, willing to work and eager to learn. We provide full, hands-on training in commercial beverage equipment.
